Shipping Delays
B.Sanders is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
B.Sanders is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
